International Shipping & Customs 

We’re beginning to ship Lucky Lasso orders internationally. If you’re ordering from outside the United States (including Canada), please review the information below before placing your order.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes (such as GST, HST, or VAT) once they arrive in the destination country. These charges are determined by local authorities and shipping carriers and are not included in your checkout total.

Canadian orders may be assessed GST/HST and/or provincial taxes by customs or the delivery carrier. Lucky Lasso does not collect Canadian taxes at checkout and cannot predict or control these fees.

Any customs or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid upon delivery.

Shipping Times & Delays

International shipping times vary, and orders may be delayed due to customs processing. Once an order has shipped, Lucky Lasso is not responsible for delays, customs holds, or additional fees imposed by customs or the carrier.
